What have we done?
We have implemented a transversal maps platform throughout the AMB (Barcelona Metropolitan Area) to offer an integrated view of its entire cartographic production.
As a data infrastructure, the platform complies with regulatory and international standards such as INSPIRE and OGC.
What can be found there?
- SDI geoportal, thematic map viewer for technical personnel and the general public.
- A metadata catalogue that serves as a cartographic information consultation and registration point.
- Data circuits that feed the data catalogue, with an automated cataloguing system.
- Administration and statistics area.
